Baked Chicken Spaghetti
(This is not a traditional spagetti)
Boil 3-4 chicken breasts, or 5-6 chicken tenderloins, in water with
onions, celery and bell peppers
Season water with Tony's or Zatarain's.
When chicken is done, remove from pot, keeping water.
Boil 1 lb. vermicelli in same water
In another pot, heat together 1 stick margarine/butter, 1 lb. Velveeta,
1 - 10 1/2 oz. can tomato soup, and 1 can Italian Rotel.
Stir constantly until cheese is melted.
Mix melted cheese mixture and pasta in 13 X 9 casserole dish, cover, and
bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
