The Cooking Louisiana Newsletter will keep you up to date on the "New Stuff" added to the site, new recipes, seasonal information and Cajun information in general. It is sent to you by email with the link only.

Published every 3 months or so, the newsletter brings to you food and hardware information and cooking tips to prepare Cajun & Creole foods.

Subscriptions come with "no strings attached". Your privacy is maintained to the fullest extent. I do not sell, rent or give away any email addresses to anyone... period! I don't collect any other information either by asking or by installing cookies other than those your computer saves itself. I'm old school and don't believe in all that stuff.
