Sweet Potato Pies

This for the pie dough.

1 can of pet milk
5 lbs. sugar = 10 cups
10 lbs. flour
1/2 bottle big chief vanilla
8 eggs
2 tablespoons Crisco
2 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons of baking powder.
2 Sticks Imperial butter

Cream sugar, eggs, Crisco and Imperial butter together. Once sugar is creamed add 3 cups of flour mix and add Pet milk, vanilla, baking powder and honey. Work dough well and set aside.

This is for the potatoes:

2 sticks Imperial Butter
Nutmeg to taste
Cinnamon to taste
1/4 bottle vanilla (butter & nut flavor)
Sugar - add one cup at a time

Pot boil potatoes with or without skin and peel. Mix 2 sticks of butter, nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar and imitation vanilla. Season to taste. When mixing wash strings from mixer blades a few times.
