Cooking Louisiana  -  Jack's Pork-n-Beans
This is just a simple Pork-n-Beans recipe I threw together. Came out pretty good.

3 - 16 oz. cans Van Camps Pork-n-Beans
1 cup chopped onions
1 stalk celery chopped
1/2 bell pepper chopped
1/2 lb. ground beef (2 frozen hamburger patties will work)
1/2 link smoked sausage chopped
4 slices bacon chopped
1 tbs. honey
1 tbs. barbecue sauce
1 tbs. parsley
Salt, black and cayenne pepper to taste

Brown ground beef and bacon. Drain grease and throw in sausage and veggies and sauté until veggies are wilted. Add beans, parsley, honey and seasonings, stir and simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
