Simple Baked Salmon

2 lbs. Salmon, no skin, cut in chunks
2-3 Tbs. Cajun Power Garlic Sauce
1 tbs. lemon pepper
Light sprinkle of salt
3/4 cup chopped fresh Cilantro or parsley
Olive oil cooking spray

Mix ingredients except Cilantro and in a bowl add to Salmon; mix. Place in a pan lined with foil, spray foil. Place filets in, spray with olive oil and top with cilantro. Bake at 400ºF for 20 minutes.
