Cooking Louisiana  -  Pecan Cake Icing
Pecan Cake Icing... what can I say!

1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
4 Tbsp. margarine

Cook over low heat 15 to 20 minutes until thick. Add vanilla, stir and cool. Beat until thick.

Spread on cake -between layers and on top.
