Fudge Recipe

8 Cups granulated white sugar.
6 Heaping tablespoons cocoa powder.
2 Cans evaporated milk.
1 Stick margarine, room temperature.
1 Jar marshmallow cream, room temperature.
(Optional) ¾ cup whole pecans, hand chopped.

Pour 8 cups sugar & sift 6 heaping tablespoons of cocoa powder into big metal pot. Pour in 2 cans evaporated milk. Cook on medium-high heat (7) stirring continuously for 45 minutes. Add a jar of marshmallow cream, stir until well mixed. Add 1 stick of margarine, stir until well mixed.
((Optional- Add hand chopped pecans, stir until well mixed). Pour into greased pan. Let almost totally cool, then cut into 1” squares.

My family's old recipe for mouth watering fudge. This is the best fudge you could ever eat, the smell alone is wonderful. This is a sugary chocolate candied type of fudge, not a cake fudge.
