Cooking Louisiana - Sweet Potato Casserole

Sweet Potato Casserole
3 - cups of  mashed ( boiled and peeled) sweet potato
2 - eggs
1- cup of sugar
1/4 - tsp. nutmeg
1- tsp. cinnamon
1- tsp. of vanilla extract
1/2- cup of butter or oleo
1/3- cup of milk
  
Topping:
 
2- cups of brown sugar
2- cups chopped pecans
2/3 cup of  flour
2/3- cup of butter or oleo
 
 
Add all ingredients and mix well. Pour in a 2 lb. casserole dish.
Mix ingredients for topping. Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes
