Spicy Green Beans
1/2 lb. bacon, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
2 cans green beans
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
5 green onions, thinly sliced
1 med. onion, sliced into rounds
1 can Rotel tomato's (mild)
1/2 tsp. Creole seasoning
Cook bacon and add green onions and onion rings. Add garlic last so
you don't burn it. Add the beans (add juice of one cans & drain
the other) and Rotel tomato with its juice. Sprinkle Creole
seasoning over beans and mix. Place in 13x9 inch glass dish and bake
at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Easy, Quick & Delicious!
