Baked Chicken Spaghetti
Boil 3-4 chicken breasts, or 5-6 chicken tenderloins, in water with
onions, celery and bell peppers
Season water with Tony's or Zatarain's
When chicken is done, remove from pot, keeping water
Boil 1 lb. vermicelli in same water
In another pot, heat together 1 stick margarine/butter, 1 lb. Velveeta,
1 10 1/2 oz. can tomato soup, and 1 can Italian Rotel
Stir constantly until cheese is melted
Mix melted cheese mixture and pasta in 13 X 9 casserole dish, cover,
and bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
